Concrete Repair in Princeton, TX

Not every crack means a tear-out. Local crews in our network handle concrete repair across Princeton and Collin County: crack repair, slab jacking to lift settled sections, resurfacing to give tired concrete a fresh top, and full section replacement when the damage is beyond repair. The first step is an honest look at what's failed and why, because a slab that keeps cracking usually has a base problem underneath it that needs to be addressed before any new concrete goes down.

Repair methods

Epoxy or polyurethane crack injection for structural cracks, elastomeric fillers for wider surface cracks, slab jacking with polyurethane foam to lift sunken sections back to level, and resurfacing with a bonded overlay to renew the top of an otherwise sound slab.

When repair makes sense

Isolated cracks, one settled corner, or a surface that's scaling in a small area are all good candidates for repair. Structural damage that spans the slab, deep settling, or a slab that keeps cracking after previous repairs usually calls for a section replacement or a full tear-out.

What to expect on-site

For a repair quote, the crew looks at every crack, checks for elevation differences across the slab, and examines the edges and joints. That walkthrough is free. From there you get a written recommendation and a price for the repair or the replacement, and you decide.

Frequently asked questions

Are hairline cracks in my slab a problem?+

Hairline cracks in the first year are usually shrinkage cracks and are cosmetic. Cracks that keep widening, run through the slab, or show elevation change on either side are worth a look.

How does slab jacking work?+

A crew drills small holes in the settled section and injects expanding polyurethane foam under it. The foam lifts the slab back to level, then the holes are patched. It's faster and cleaner than a tear-out and works well for settled patios, walks, and driveway sections.

Can you resurface a driveway that has cracks?+

Resurfacing works when the base and underlying slab are sound. Active cracks will telegraph through an overlay, so those need to be repaired first, or the section needs to be replaced.
